Trail Raiser On the Go Session One starts today!

Today, Monday, September 12 marks the first day of Session 1 of this year's Trail Raiser On the Go!

Haven't registered yet? Join us and get On the Go this fall - fundraise for the East Coast Trail, complete hiking challenges, engage in fun activities, and be entered to win some amazing prizes!

Session 1 Hiking Challenge
Throughout the Trail Raiser On the Go, hikers can choose to complete any or all of the three selected paths for each session and win fun prizes along the way! During Session 1, we challenge you to complete Mickeleens Path, Cape Spear Path, and/or White Horse Path.

Session 1 Activity

To complement each session's hikes, we have partnered with local businesses along the ECT to offer Trail Raiser On the Go participants fun activities to try over the fall season. During Session 1, we partnered with Wallnuts Climbing Centre to offer both indoor and outdoor climbing sessions. More information will be available soon!

These activities are available for all registered participants, so be sure to register now!

Session 1 Draw Prizes
On Monday, September 26, we will draw for two prizes:

Prize 1: Two tickets to Atlantic Jazz Nights on October 29 at the Arts & Culture Centre + gift card to E VOO + prize pack from the Jam Lady

Prize 2: Travel Bug gift card + barista training course from the Battery Cafe + prize pack from the Jam Lady

How to Win
You can earn session draw prize entries in two ways:

Fundraise: For every $50 you fundraise, you will receive one base draw prize entry.
Complete hiking challenges: For every session hike you complete (and verify with us - click here for instructions) you will receive one bonus draw prize entry, as long as you've fundraised the minimum $50 donation.

Over the course of Session 1, we challenge you to hike Mickeleens Path, Cape Spear Path, and/or White Horse Path. In order to verify you've completed the path(s), you'll be required to submit a photo (as outlined in the document linked above). This session, here's what you'll be looking to snap a picture of along the path(s):

Remember, each session draw prize entry will add towards your entries towards our GRAND DRAW PRIZE on November 6, 2022.

Plus, our top three individual and team fundraisers will be given prizes on Sunday, November 6.
