How things should go on event day

Falls in the Church Cove Loop, credit T. Smith Everything starts at the Kinsmen Centre. There will be buses to take participants to the start of three of the guided hikes (see hike details).

After you register, enjoy some music, socialize with participants and enjoy some morning refreshments.

Hike registration and buses

8:00 am - Registration for the 9km and 8.5km hikes begin.
8:30 am - Bus to Flatrock for the 9km hike leaves.
9:30 am - Bus to Flatrock for the 8.5km hike leaves.
9:30 am - Registration for the 6.5km and 4km hikes begin.
10:00 am - Hikers leave on foot for the 6.5km (return) hike to Little Gallows Cove.
10:00 am - Last bus to the 4km hike leaves for Middle Cove Beach.
10 am - 12:30 pm - Hiking Program in progress.

Lunch & Social

While the music is playing and people are eating, don't forget to check out the ECTA product table and to buy 50/50 tickets! Remember it is a fundraiser.

12:30 - 1:10 pm - Lunch & Social while hikers return from the Trail.
1:10 - 1:30 pm - Official Ceremony
1:30 - 1:50 pm - Tely Hike results announced, fundraising prizes awarded and the 50/50 draw winner announced.
