ECTA Annual General Meeting

Date:	Monday, September 14, 2009
Location:	E.B. Foran Room at City Hall
Description:	The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. The Association encourages ECTA members and the general public to attend the AGM. It is a great time to learn about the Association and to find out how to get involved. At this year's AGM Keith Healey, CEO of Destination St. John's, is our guest speaker. He will give a presentation before our other regular business begins, so don't be late. After the guest speaker, the directors will give their reports and the John Ross Clipper Award will be presented to this year's outstanding maintenance volunteer. Questions and/or comments on the year's business are welcomed by everyone. Only ECTA Members are eligible to vote. Remember - if you are considering volunteering with us and wish to offer yourself as a board member, the nominations committee would be delighted to hear from you. For information call 738-4453 or read our call for nominations. Light refreshments are served after the meeting. See you at the AGM!
