Volunteers on the East Coast Trail are invited to an appreciation event on the first day of Volunteer Week, Sunday afternoon, 27 April 2008, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Geocentre on Signal Hill Road in St. John’s.
Everest climber and MUN professor TA Loeffler will speak and her new book "More Than a Mountain: One Woman's Everest" will be available for sale.
Great door prizes.
All trail volunteers are welcome and please RSVP to office@eastcoasttrail.com or call 738 4453 so that we will have sufficient snacks and beverages on hand for all.
